Cleaning & Deposit Fees

non-refundable $100
cleaning fee.
Pets
Approved pets are allowed with owner permission.
Deposits
A $100 refundable deposit is due at
the time of booking. The balance is due three weeks prior to
arrival.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 13.
Cancellations and Refunds
There is a $50 fee if
cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations received
within 14 days are subject to the
full rent. We will make an effort to re-rent the property. The
refund will be based on the success of those efforts.
